This property is located at the top of Barcelona, on Carrer de França in Barcelona's La Salut neighbourhood. The local area is tranquil and residential, and you will be living opposite Mercè Rodoreda library (great for students and free for anyone to use). Park Güell is also less than 15 minutes away - this famous park is the perfect place to spend a sunny day. To reach central Barcelona, you can walk 11 minutes to Alfons X metro station.
