This stylish 2-bedroom apartment, which is shared with the landlady, has a nicely decorated room available to rent to students and postgraduate students on Carrer l'Alcalde de Zalamea. The living room has a large and comfortable couch where you can relax after a long day and the kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare you meals.

Living here you will be in an area with a small town feel while being close to the city center. Gràcia has plenty of pedestrian streets where you will find many charming restaurants, bars and cafés as well as friendly shops. The property is within walking distance of some of the city's universities, Parc del guinardo and thanks to the nearby metro you can easily reach all of Barcelona.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is fully equipped and has a lot of counter space.
  • The apartment is in a very friendly and central part of town.
