Rooms are available to rent in this 150 m ² apartment on Carrer d'Avinyó in central Barcelona. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and large enough for multiple tenants to use at the same time, making shared living easy. There is also a cosy living room with a couch, chair and a TV where you can spend time with your room mates.

Barri Gòtic is a central area in Barcelona known for its historical atmosphere. Living here you will be close to the beach and the famous La Rambla, full of excellent shopping options and famous landmarks. The streets outside your door are full of charming shops and restaurants and you have 2 metro stops close by, both are about 5 minutes away by foot.
