This modern 6-bedroom apartment located in the central El Raval neighborhood has rooms available to rent. There main shared area is a bright open-plan kitchen and living room. With a breakfast bar, big couch, and wall-mounted TV it is the perfect place to relax with your roommates. The living room opens up onto a small balcony, but there are several bedrooms that also have their own. The 160 m² apartment has spacious rooms, each with a lock and key, and 2 full bathroom to share.
On Carrer del Pintor Fortuny, the apartment is located on a calmer street in the lively El Raval neighborhood. On this street, however, you can find art galleries, sushi restaurants, and even museums. This location is great for students or professionals only 10-minute walk to the Universitat de Barcelona. You also have the famous La Boqueria market nearby, as well as a metro stop.
