This apartment is well-located within Eixample. Within a 5-minute walk is the beautiful Parc de l’Espanya Industrial, a supermarket and sports complex. A little further away is the Poble Espanyol museum, and Archaeology Museum of Catalonia.

What we liked the most

  • The balcony, which can be accessed via the living room, will be a great place to enjoy Barcelona’s sunshine.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is only one bathroom shared by all tenants.
