There are rooms for rent in this chic 3-bedroom apartment with live-in landlord, covering a generous 180 m² on Carrer de Puigmarti in Gracia. This modern apartment features a dishwasher, washing machine and oven, as well as a TV in the living room.

There are plenty of restaurants and bars around this apartment, as well as a supermarket just around the corner. The Placa de la Vila de Gracia is only a 2-minute walk away, so you can enjoy Barcelona's summer outside. The Universitat de Barcelona is a 30-minute walk away, or 18-minutes by bus.

What we liked the most

  • The large living area is a perfect place to relax after a day out in Barcelona.
  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light.
  • The bathrooms are modern and well lit, with shower, sink and toilet.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.

Things to keep in mind

  • Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
