This apartment has plenty of space, with a large living area where you can unwind. There are several windows to let in natural light and brighten the rooms. It is a 3rd floor apartment with an elevator.

The location for this property is great, as there is everything you might need nearby. You will find a gym directly across the street. Within a few minutes of walking you will have the choice of a Mercadona or a Lidl where you can buy your groceries. You also have Parc del Clot only a few minutes away on foot.

What we liked the most

  • The wooden-style flooring gives this apartment an elegant look.
  • There is plenty to do in this area! You can even check out the flea market, Mercat dels Encants, which is about a 10-minute walk away.
  • You'll love having the ability to step out onto the balcony for some fresh air and look over the tranquil street below.
