There is a wonderful outdoor balcony/ terrace with a table and chairs, a place to relax and entertain guests. The apartment is perfect for a group of friends, working or studying in Barcelona.

Located in the Eixample Dreta neighbourhood, the apartment is located in the centre of upscale Barcelona. There are restaurants and bars lining the streets, such as Somewhere, a cafe/ bistro right below the apartment. Additionally, there is a Mercadona supermarket located one street away.
