The living spaces are elegant and comfortable - perfect for relaxing, studying and entertaining guests.

Perhaps most memorable about this property is the terrace - it's large, features a lovely table and chairs and because the apartment is at the top of the building, you have beautiful views of your neighbourhood. It's the perfect place to unwind after a long day and enjoy the beautiful city below.

The location of this apartment is perfect for students at the Univeristy of Barcelona, and is only a single train ride from the Autonomous University.   • The Barceloneta beach is 20 minutes by bus. Take the 45 from outside your door to Pg Marítim-Almirall Cervera.
