This 3-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor and just a short walk up one flight of stairs from the lobby. Inside you will find 3 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, a kitchen and living room. The very spacious kitchen is right across from one of the bedrooms and filled with lots of storage space and modern appliances from a large fridge to an induction cooking surface. The washing machine is located in a storage closest providing you with extra space in the kitchen.
The cozy living room boasts stylish shelving units and plants to add to the decor. The apartment has a small dining room table which seats 4 and is the perfect place to enjoy a meal. Last, but not least, is the beautiful and spacious outdoor terrace that is accessible from the living room. You will love the incredible views of the surrounding area and nearby mountains and all the lovely plants arranged around it to give it a fresh and relaxing feel.
The property on Carrer de Canoves is located in one of the quietest parts of the peaceful, small-town feel Horta, northwest of the city center. Many businesses and residential buildings are in the area but not too many bars and restaurants so you will have your peace and quiet. There are multiple bus stops on your new street as well as a couple of schools, a language school, a civic center, hospital, a park and a football field. For a fantastic panoramic view of Barcelona, walk a few minutes towards Passeig de la Vall d'Hebron to the nearby Mirador d'Horta on a sunny day or to see a great sunset.

- The outdoor terrace is amazing and it has ample space and furniture to help you relax and hang out with your flatmates.
- On sunny days, the terrace is a fantastic place to enjoy a nice drink outside.
- Bedroom 2 has a fold-out table which can be used as a desk or can put away for extra space.
- The neighborhood is quiet and residential; a relaxing area to come home to after a long day of work or classes.
