Rooms are available to rent in this 3-bedroom apartment near Plaça Espanya. This is a well-decorated and very bright apartment with lots of natural light to warm up the atmosphere. It is fully furnished with a full equipped kitchen and bathroom with lovely tile work. From the balcony of the apartment's living room, you can see the beginning of Plaça Espanya and enjoy lots of natural sunlight.

The property is located one block away from Parc De Joan Miro. Other green spaces like Jardins de Laribal are a short walk away if you want to escape the big city life. In this neighborhood you will have access to plenty of supermarkets, shops, cafés, restaurants and bars. For a nice seafood lunch or dinner, head on over to The Crown Marine - only one street away from the apartment!
