This welcoming 3-bedroom apartment is light and modern. Entering the apartment you'll find bedroom 3 to your left, while the clean, shared bathroom is directly in front of you. Just down the corridor you'll find the small but fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove and fridge, plus the living area. Here you can sit at the dining table, chatting with friends or enjoying a home cooked meal. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are accessed via the living area and share a beautiful balcony that overlooks the street.

Carrer de Joan Güell is a busy Spanish street lined with tall residential buildings, trees, parking spaces and shops at the ground level. You're very close to Jardins de Can Mantega, a nice public park where you can go for a stroll. There are plenty of stores and places to eat around the apartment, in fact the nearest supermarket is just across the street from the apartment building. There are a nightclub and karaoke bar just around the block and you find cheap but nice places to eat here too.

What we liked the most

  • The private balcony is very pretty with shaped iron fencing, a cute table and 2 chairs.
  • The bathroom contains a full sized bathtub with overhanging shower.
  • The flooring throughout the apartment is wooden or tiled, so it's super easy to keep clean.
  • Being on the first floor without an elevator, you're bound to get plenty of exercise!
