The apartment opens into a small vestibule and then into an open-concept living and dining area with a 4-seat table, super comfy sofa with a chaise, and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom—shared by 2 of the rooms—are modern. The kitchen has a big fridge, electric stove top and oven. Tenants also have access to a washing machine.
La Dreta de l'Eixample is a dream for anyone who appreciates architecture and history, because this neighborhood is brimming with both. You can get one history lesson by visiting La Sagrada Familia, just a 10-minute walk away. Of course, you can marvel at the architecture of Antoni Gaudí too and then stroll down the street for more of his work. On a more practical note, supermarkets are very close to your apartment, there are nearby cinemas, and plenty of restaurants.
