Bright rooms are available to rent in a spacious flatshare with a balcony in central Barri Gòtic, nearby Las Ramblas and La Barceloneta beach. The property has a large living room, where you'll find a TV, a dining table, a small balcony with a washing machine and strings to dry your clothes on, and a tropical mural. The kitchen is large and has everything you could want, including an oven, a 4-burner gas stove, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, and a small breakfast nook. The bathroom is clean and practical, and it has lots of storage space under the sink.

The Barri Gòtic is Barcelona's most central and historic neighborhood. Full of winding, ancient streets, the Barri Gòtic is the perfect place to get lost on a long walk. Here, you'll enjoy a huge selection of restaurants, bars, cafes, stores, and nightlife options. But, if you ever get bored of hanging out around the house, you'll be living within walking distance of Las Ramblas, La Barceloneta beach, and other central spots in Barcelona-- and for everything else, you have the metro nearby!

What we liked the most

  • The living room has a lovely seascape mural.
  • 1 of the rooms for rent has access to a balcony.
  • You'll be living in the Barri Gòtic, 1 of Barcelona's most central, historic, and lively neighborhoods.
  • The small balcony off of the living room has a washing machine and lots of strings to hang your clothes on to dry-- it's a mini laundry room!

Things to keep in mind

  • The property is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator in the building.
  • The windows in 2 of the bedrooms are interior and lead to other rooms in the apartment.
