There is a double room available to rent in this 3-bedroom apartment in Les Corts. The apartment has a street entrance which opens up into the eat-in kitchen. The living room is located in the adjacent room and comes with a couch. The room is located on the upper floor, provididng you some added privacy, as you will share the apartment with the landlord and his sister.

On Carrer del Marquès de Sentmenat, the apartment is in a quiet residential area. Although residenital, there is plenty to do and explore. The neighborhood is full of small parks, corner shops, and restaurants. You are well-connected to the rest of Barcelona by bus and metro, but can also get plenty of shopping done at the L'illa Diagonal shopping center, only 10 minutes away.

  • The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
