There is a room with a private bathroom to rent in this 2-bedroom apartment with a live-in landlady on Calle Provenza, in La Dreta de l'Eixample. The 68 m² property comes equipped with AC and has a charming open plan kitchen and living area that opens out onto a balcony.

The apartment is located only 5 minutes from the Sagrada Familia on foot. This lively area offers plenty of restaurants, tapas bars, and shops to explore, and is also well-connected by public transport making it easy to explore other parts of the city.

What we liked the most

  • The balcony is beautifully decorated with pot plants, and also has a washing machine.
  • There is a large flat screen TV which can be enjoyed from a comfortable sofa.
  • The kitchen offers good bench space to prepare your meals.
  • There is a range of appliances including dishwasher, gas stove, oven and microwave.
  • The gorgeous Sant Pau Hospital is a short walk away.

Things to keep in mind
