The living area has several sofas facing a flat-screen television, and there is also a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery and also has an oven, a microwave, and an electric stove. The bedrooms all have double beds, and bedroom 4 also has its own private balcony and access to a washing machine.

Living here, you will be around a 20-minute walk from Barcelona's famous beach, and around a 12-minute walk from the Barcelona Aquarium. The Pompeu Fabra University is only a minute's walk away, making this an ideal location for students there. There are also lots of museums nearby, and several restaurants too.
