There are rooms for rent in this stylish 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a generous 130 m² footprint on Passeig de Sant Joan in La Dreta de l'Eixample. The colourful kitchen has a 4-burner stove, rangehood and full-sized refrigerator, and you will also find the washing machine here. The shared bathroom also has a shower over bath, toilet and sink.
There are a few restaurants and shops within a 10-minute walk, while the Mercat Fira de Bellcaire Els Encants is a 20-minute walk away. The Arc de Triomf and Parc de la Ciutadella are just down the road.
What we liked the most
- The large living room is a great space to relax with your flatmates.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The Universitat de Barcelona is within a 20-minute walk.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- There is no AC at this apartment.
