The generous 200 m² footprint includes a kitchen with modern appliances including an oven and dishwasher, as well as a comfortable living room with plenty of seating.

If you're looking for something to do on your days off, the Vila de Gràcia Square is just a 10-minute walk away, and there is a cinema nearby as well. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance, so you can eat somewhere new every night of the week.
