There are rooms for rent in this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a generous 92 m² footprint on Av. del Paraŀlel in L'Esquerra de l'Eixample. There is an oven in the kitchen, as well as a 4-burner gas stove and plenty of bench space so you can cook up a storm. This apartment also has a separate, covered balcony where you will find the washing machine.

This is a great spot for students, as Pompeu Fabra University is within a 20-minute walk, and when you're finished studying you can visit the Barcelona Aquarium or go shopping at the Mercat de la Boquieria which are also nearby. If you need a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can relax in one of the parks nearby which include the beautiful Jardins de Joan Brossa.
