The apartment is spacious with large, open and bright living room. It comes with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the best parts of the apartment is the balcony, which has a great view of the neighborhood. You will get all your Vitamin D, aka the sunshine vitamin, by soaking up all the sunlight in this apartment as it is so bright and the balcony is large enough to relax in. Since the landlady is living in the apartment, it is also fully furnished.

The location is very close to the beach, only 20 minutes walk away. If you are looking for a getaway into a secluded location, away from the tourists of Barcelona, this is the perfect spot. Not to worry, this is not in the middle of nowhere. There is a large shopping centre, Mágic Badalona, only 10 minutes away by foot.
