This 3-bedroom apartment has a spacious living room that comes furnished with a comfortable sofa set where you can relax and watch the TV. The living room also leads the way into the balcony which is furnished with beautiful seats has a beautiful view of the neighborhood. The kitchen is modern and comes fully equipped.

One of the best things about the apartment is the location. It is located 4 minutes away from the iconic Basílica de la Sagrada Família. It is a UNESCO world heritage site and a must visit! You can also go to the Sant Pau Art Noveau which used to be a hospital during 1401 and now has been renovated to host various events year round. It is one of the most important examples of Catalan Civil Gothic architecture. There are various restaurants and bars as well ranging from Peruvian restaurant which is a minute walk away to Tian FU, a japanese restaurant which is 4 minutes walk away.
