This fantastic flat enjoys of a great central location, close to amenities and public transport, making it a perfect base to explore Barcelona and beyond. The total floor area is 70 sqm.

What we liked the most

  • A really nice feature of this apartment is the lovely patio beautifully decorated with a range of pot plans. This can be your little oasis in the busy city. There is a table with four chairs where you can enjoy al fresco dining.
  • The living area is large and sunny, and has a window with beautiful street views.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is exterior, but rooms 1 and 2 are interior. Both have windows overlooking an interior patio.
  • The kitchen and bathroom are small, but are both brand new and well equipped.
  • Being located on the first floor this apartment gets some street noise.
