One single room and three double rooms available in a four bedroom 85 sqm apartment. This pleasant flat is interior and has one shared bathroom and one toilet. Each bedroom is nicely decorated and well equipped, including having their own desks, making it a good option for students. This convenient apartment is located on Balmes street, on the residential neighborhood of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, close to the university, and steps away from the metro. The gorgeous Gardens of Turó del Putxet, are very close from this apartment. Situated high above on the Putxet hill, these open gardens offer one of the most impressive views of Barcelona.
What we liked the most
- In the kitchen you will find a good range of pots, pans, cooking accessories, plates, glasses and cutlery. Appliances provided include a gas stove, an oven, a microwave and a blender.
- There is one fully equipped bathroom plus a separate toilet with no shower.
- Each room has their own lock and TV.
- All bills are included in the monthly rent, making budgeting easy.
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 have windows with really nice street views.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no living area, but there is a high table with four chairs in the kitchen where you could have your meals.
- Even though you cannot see a TV in the photos of bedroom 3, this room has one which was installed after the photoshoot.
- Bedrooms 1 and 4 are interior and have windows overlooking a light well.
