A sunny double room available in a well-presented two bedroom apartment with one bathroom and one toilet. You will be sharing the house with the landlord, a quiet man in his thirties and his two gorgeous cats. Located high up on the fifth floor, this exterior apartment offers some stunning city views. You can even see Torre Agbar, an iconic building which gets illuminated at night showcasing an impressive lighting spectacle consisting of its 4,500 glass panels constantly changing their colours. Located on Gran Via, in the neighbourhood of L’Eixample, this apartment enjoys of a fabulous central location, close to Plaça de les Glòries, where you will find a big shopping centre and one of the city's most beloved flea markets.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment is situated in an older style apartment with lots of character.
  • The landlord has a great range of cooking utensils and kitchen appliances, which you are welcome to use.
  • There is one fully equipped bathroom featuring a bathtub, plus a toilet room which doesn't have a shower but has a toilet, a bidet and a sink.
  • There is a balcony adjoining the kitchen where you will find the washing machine. You can take advantage of the sun to dry your washing by using the rack provided in this outdoor space.
  • In the large shared living area you will find a flat screen TV and an exercise bike, allowing you to stay fit while you watch your favourite shows.

Things to keep in mind

  • Wi-Fi is the only bill included in the monthly rent. Other utilities are additional.
  • The minimum stay at the apartment is 6 months.
