The flat is situated on the border of El Born and Barri Gotic, both of which are known for their historical sites, dining and shopping options, and bars! The apartment has 7 rooms for rent and is renovated. The flat is modern, but some parts have maintained the beautiful traditional flooring, creating a great contrast. With comfort at home and entertainment at your doorsteps, these rooms would be perfect for those who like to stay busy! The total area of this property is 140 m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is a mix between modern and rustic: the traditional tiling on the floor is particularly charming.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities.
- The rooms are very spacious and decorated simply.
- All rooms are equipped with an independent key for added security.
- All utility bills, wi-fi, and weekly cleaning of the common zones are included in the rental price, so tenants will have an easy time budgeting.
- As all rooms are furnished with desks, it would be perfect for students!

- The apartment doesn't have a TV.
