This 6-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment has rooms available to rent in central L'Eixample Dreta, Barcelona. The highlight of this apartment is the multiple balconies that face the street; tenants will have third floor views of the neighboring areas. The shared areas include the bathroom, divided into 2 rooms, the exterior living room, and the kitchen with an oven. This 200 m² property maintains a design typically seen in the L'Eixample neighborhood, with beautiful tiling on the floor that adds charm to the apartment. In the surrounding area, tenants will find many modernist buildings as well as transportation lines within walking distance. The lively areas of the city, El Born and Barri Gotic, are also within a few minutes from the apartment.

  • The apartment is very close to the city centre and nearby metro and bus stations.
  • The tenants will be able to enjoy spending time together in the beautiful living room, which also has balcony overlooking the street.

Things to keep in mind
