This bright and beautifully presented 3-bedroom apartment offers rooms for rent close to the beach in La Barceloneta. All rooms are fully furnished and have all bills and cleaning included in the monthly rent. Two of the bedrooms feature double beds and can accommodate couples, but can also be rented by single occupants. Tenants will share use of one bathroom, a full kitchen, a dining room and a pleasant living area with a television. Amenities provided include Wi-Fi, bed linen, a washing machine, and single electric heaters. The apartment is located on Carrer dels Pescadors, close to Barcelona's Port Vell, Parc de la Ciutadella, the Villa Olimpica and Platja De La Barceloneta, a beautiful sandy beach featuring numerous restaurants and bars attracting locals and tourists alike. The apartment is exterior and has a floor area of 80 sqm.

What we liked the most

  • This bright exterior apartment has street frontages on both sides, and features two balconies with street views.
  • All bedrooms are fully furnished and receive a good amount of natural light.
  • Bedrooms 1 and 2 can accommodate couples.
  • The dining room is located right next to the kitchen and is furnished with a dining table with four chairs.
  • The living area is equipped with modern furniture and accessories including a sofa, a shelving unit and a flat screen television.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring an oven, stove, microwave, crockery, pots, pans and everything else you could need to prepare your meals.
  • You will enjoy living close to the beach and the numerous attractions found in La Barceloneta!
  • Rent includes all utilities, bed linen and cleaning.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator.
