Four bright bedrooms are available for rent in a spacious 4 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, located on Carrer del Comte d'Urgell in the area of L'Eixample Esquerra, just a short 15 minute walk away from Barcelona Sants station. Ideally located close to University of Barcelona as well as Politecnic University of Catalunya, this large 120m2 apartment is perfect for students. The apartment consists of a four bedrooms, a shared bathroom, an extra toilet room, a laundry area, a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with an extra unfurnished space which can be used as a dining area. Tenants will have easy bus access to La Barceloneta beach and the city centre is just a few stops away.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment is just a short walk from University of Barcelona as well as Politecnic University of Catalunya.
  • Each room for rent is furnished with a bed and a large wardrobe for your belongings.
  • The living room, furnished with a sofa, a television and a coffee table, also has access to an extra room which is currently unfurnished.
  • With a metro station nearby and several bus stations just around the corner, you will have easy access to the beach and other parts of the city.
  • Sants train station is just a 15 minute walk away!

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment has a shared bathroom with a bathtub and an extra toilet room with a sink.
  • Bedroom 3 has access to a private balcony with a view of the pedestrian street.
