This stylish studio apartment on Carrer de Puerto Príncipe, El Guinardó, opens out onto a balcony and is located in a building with a gorgeous swimming pool. The modern property is exquisitely decorated, and comes equipped with a double bed, AC, television, and a kitchen with all the essentials.

This area will make a great base to explore the city, home to the Hospital de Sant Pau, Parc del Guinardó and numerous bars and restaurants. You will find a supermarket nearby, and other amenities are also within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • The swimming pool in the building has hammocks, sun loungers and umbrellas.
  • The flat screen television can be enjoyed from the comfort of your bed.
  • The bathroom is spacious and has a washing machine.
  • The balcony has 2 chairs to enjoy a drink outdoors.
  • Mercat de Felip II is located nearby, making it easy to stock up on fresh produce.
  • Xavier the homechecker told us that he really loved this property.
