This modern studio apartment on Carrer de Puerto Príncipe, El Guinardó, opens out onto a balcony and has a double bed, AC, television, and a kitchen with all the essentials. The apartment complex has a gorgeous swimming pool, enabling resort style living within a short ride from the city centre.
This tranquil and green neighbourhood is home to Hospital Sant Pau, Parc del Guinardó and numerous bars and restaurants. You will find a supermarket, public transport, and all amenities within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is exquisitely decorated.
- There is a dishwasher, microwave, television, washing machine and dryer.
- The balcony has 2 chairs to enjoy a drink outdoors.
- The swimming pool in the building has hammocks, sun loungers and umbrellas.
- Mercat de Felip II is located nearby, making it easy to stock up on fresh produce.
- Xavier the homechecker told us that he really loved this property.
