This bright and sunny studio, with A/C and a fully equipped kitchen, is available to rent on Carrer de Puerto Principe. The spacious apartment has a comfortable double bed, a flat-screen TV and is separated from the kitchen by a dining table which has room for 4 people to share a meal. The apartment also has a very nice and sizable balcony with a view of the interior patio where there is a communal pool.

The studio is located in the calm residential area of El Guinardó, which can be found in the north of Barcelona, not far from the city center. The neighbourhood is home to some shops and restaurants and there are 3-well served metro stops nearby, so you can easily connect with the rest of Barcelona.

What we liked the most

  • The wall-sized window along the balcony makes the studio nice and bright.
  • The property has air conditioning.
  • The building has a communal pool in the interior patio, excellent for hot summer afternoons.
