This lovely, 25 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent in El Raval, Barcelona. There is a comfortable living room with a sofa, coffee table, and a dining table and chairs. It also has a standalone wardrobe, and the room leads out onto a private balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has an oven and a 4-burner electric stove.The bedroom has a comfy double bed with reading lights - perfect for when you just have to read that next chapter (and the next, and the next...).

There there are lots of restaurants and bars, as well as pharmacies, grocery stores, and a gym. You're also a half hour walk from the famous beaches of Barceloneta,and the aquarium is reachable in 20 minutes on foot.

What we liked the most

  • There are reading lights above each side of the bed.
  • You will have access to a private balcony.
  • There is both A/C and heating, keeping you cool in summer and warm in winter.
  • There is a separate laundry room, giving you more space.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.
