This fashionable studio apartment on Carrer de l'Arc del Teatre, in the neighbourhood of Drassanes, has an equipped kitchen and modern bedroom. The living space is open plan and leads out onto a private 45 m² terrace with furniture, perfect for relaxing in the warm Spanish sun.

This studio apartment is in Barcelona city center, just a 5-minute walk from the entertainment of Teatre Apolo, and there are numerous shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Transportation is easy to find as a couple of metro stations are really close to it.
