In addition the price of rent includes WiFi and a TV antenna. If you wish, you may reserve a parking spot for €92 a month for a car and €45 a month for a motorcycle. A security deposit worth one month’s rent is required upon move-in and MUST be paid via bank transfer. The minimum stay is 1 month (30 days).

This brand new residence hall is located on the Campus Universitaria de La Salle on the Universitat Ramón Llull campus in the Bonanova area of the Sarrià-Sant Gervasi section of Barcelona. This residence hall is ideal for those studying at Ramón Llull due to its on-campus location, as well as for those studying at Abat Oliba CEU and the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya. If you’re looking to live on campus with modern amenities, this is the perfect place for you!

What we liked the most
- The residence hall boasts a reception desk that will be able to cater to any questions you need!
- The rec room has several lounge areas, a TV, a projector to watch anything you want, as well as public computers. There is a foose-ball table as well as a pool table that will come in. In addition, there are several vending machines with bar-style tables to enjoy snacks.
- There is a gym right on-site, with weight machines, treadmills, elliptical machines, and a TV
- The laundry room has washers and dryers, perfect for those not wanting the hassle of hand-drying their clothes!
- All of the studios have kitchenettes and private bathrooms!
Things to keep in mind
- The prices for the residences are different from Ramón Llull and non-Ramón Llull students
- The rooms do not have a common living room space, which would make entertaining inside the individual rooms difficult
