This 75 m², 3-bedroom apartment has rooms for rent , perfect for students. The apartment has a long corridor which leads to the spacious living room and cozy balcony. The balcony's floor-length glass doors allow for the space to feel bigger and brighter. The kitchen is also quite spacious with a lot of storage space and an attached laundry room. There is 1 full bathroom to share.
The apartment is located in the small neighborhood of Les Corts. Les Corts is most known for being home to FC Barcelona's stadium – Camp Nou. With a small town feel, this neighborhood has friendly neighbors and plenty of corner shops. It is also home to the huge L'Illa Diagonal shopping mall.

- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, double sink, a washing machine, and a lot of cupboards.
- There is s separate laundry room that comes equipped with the dryer and cleaning supplies.
- The apartment is 5 minutes to the closest metro stop and is less than 10 minutes to the neighborhoods big shopping streets.
