This spacious 100 m², 4-bedroom apartment has rooms available to rent to women only. Tenants will be sharing the apartment in L’Esquerra de l’Eixample with the live-in landlady. The main common area is the spacious kitchen that opens up onto an enclosed balcony that is used as the laundry area. The rooms come fully furnished and there is 1 full bathroom to share.
L’Esquerra de l’Eixample is known as a cute and trendy neighborhood with plenty to offer. On Carrer de Llançà, you are surrounded by public transportation and are conveniently a 10-minute walk to the large Arenas Shopping Center and Plaça Espanya. A few minutes from your door, you can also find grocery stores and lots of restaurants ranging from fast food to Indian.
