In addition to the live-in landlord's private quarters, there are 2 spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom to share between the two, a luminous living and dining room, and a fully-functioning and renovated kitchen. Don't forget to step out on the balcony for gorgeous views of the city.
The apartment is located on Calle Genova, in the neighborhood of El Guinardó. Public transport is easily accesible with the closest Line 4 metro station, Guinardó, at 9 minutes by foot. Pluse, there are also several bus stops within a few blocks of this apartment. There are a variety of different bars and shops in the area if you're looking for something to do nearby. El Guinardó is also right next to the hip Gracia neighborhood, so you have even more cool sites to check out. Just a couple blocks away, you'll be able to enjoy a giant park, Parc del Guinardó, where you can escape to relax from the city whenever you please!
