The kitchen features modern amenities and plenty of cupboard space. The living room has nice furniture, a large TV, a dining table with chairs and large windows for letting in natural light. You'll love socialising here with your flatmates and friends after a long day or on the weekend. There's even shelves and space for adding your own decorations. Lastly, the wood flooring, furnishings and other details add a lovely touch of warmth to the apartment.
Guinardó is a beautiful neighbourhood located in the north of Barcelona. It is largely residential, so you'll be living amongst families and other locals. Nearby there are supermarkets and cafés.
