This is a lovely room for rent in a shared apartment located just outside of Barcelona's city center. The property is brightly decorated and has lots of natural light entering into both the kitchen and the living room, which has a flat-screen TV. You will enjoy both the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the apartment and your room as well as the surrounding neighborhood itself. There is also a separate room next to the kitchen for the washing machine and a balcony where you can sit outside and enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea.
Nou Barris is an excellent neighborhood to live in if you are looking for a quiet area but still want to experience the best that Barcelona has to offer. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, cafés, bars and restaurants where you can find the necessities and also try new things, like authentic Catalan tapas.
Located in the northeast Barcelona, there is a strong sense of community, plenty of parks to visit and many opportunities to go hiking in the nearby mountains. For fresh seafood and authentic rice dishes, head on over to Casa Angelita to enjoy some delicious Catalan cuisine with the locals.
