It's a shared apartment as the landlady's relative lives there. It has a living room with a window overlooking the street which lets in a lot of light. There's also a sofa, dining table. TV and TV stand with a lot of storage space. It's a good-sized kitchen with an oven, gas stove and microwave to cook meals as well as a coffee machine and large fridge/freezer. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. This is a well-decorated, lovely home in Barcelona.

It's just a 2-minute walk to Avinguda Diagonal which is lined with shops and restaurants. There's also superb transport links from here to the city centre. Over the other side of the Avinguda is Poblenou park to provide a peaceful, green space for a walk. There's a supermarket less than 1 minute down Carrer D'Espronceda along with other shops. Near the apartment is a little cafe-bar to grab a coffee on your way to university or work. Also, behind the apartment are several parking lots, which is very handy if you want to bring a car or hire one.
