This 3-storey house in Horta-Guinardó has rooms available to rent ideal for both individuals and couples. The rooms are spread among the differnt floors and each has a private room key, as well as an en-suite bathroom. In addition to having new decor and appliances, there are 2 private terraces you can use to hang dry your clothes or to create an outdoor sitting area. There is a spacious kitchen and living room that has modern appliances as well as a beautiful wooden table and brick feature wall.
Horta-Guinardó is a special neighborhood of Barcelona, close to the city center but still maintaining a small-town atmosphere. Pastage de Costa is a very quiet and residential street, but you are just a few minutes' walk to Avinguda de Gaudí which takes you directly to the Sagrada Familia Basilica and is lines with an endless amount of shops and restaurants.
