Comfortable, couple-friendly rooms are available for rent in this lovely 4-bedroom apartment in Villa Olímpica. The communal areas are spacious and charmingly decorated, with the living room having a flat-screen TV, visible from the sofa. There is also a coffee table, and a dining table which can seat up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has both an oven and a microwave, as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine! There is both a balcony and a large terrace on which smoking is permitted, and the terrace has a sofa, outdoor seating, and a barbecue - perfect for those hot summer months!
The local area is filled with restaurants and shops, and there are several supermarkets nearby too - no carrying your groceries for miles! Parc del Poblenou is a 7 minute walk away, and just beyond that is the beautiful Playa Llacuna. This stunning beach is the main reason to live in this area!
What we liked the most
- There is a large terrace with plenty of outdoor seating.
- The kitchen has an oven, microwave, and dishwasher!
- Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom.
- The property is only a few minutes from the beach.
