Stylish furnishings throughout create a lovely living space, and heating and A/C helps maintain a pleasant indoor climate.
The apartment is located in Gràcia, a charming neighbourhood that feels a little like a town within a town. Bars, boutiques and restaurants pepper the pedestrian streets, making this spot a favourite for locals. Public transport is never too far away, so getting into the city centre is a breeze.
Room description
Bedroom 1 has a single bed and is furnished with a spacious standalone wardrobe. The room is equipped with heating to help keep you warm in winter.

- Gràcia is a vibrant and unique neighbourhood to base yourself in Barcelona.
- There is a lovely sheltered terrace with outdoor furniture.
- The apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning.
- The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of bench space to cook.
- The living room is spacious and stylishly furnished.
Things to keep in mind
- At the time of our visit the elevator was being serviced and was not operational. This should be remedied before the new tenant moves in.
- The bedroom only has a small window, however it gets plenty of natural light.
