There is a room for rent in this tidy 70 m² 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a live-in landlord on Carrer de l'Àliga in Sants. The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook, while the living room has a large sofa and is a great place to relax outside of your room.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants within a 15-minute walk, and the Spain Industrial Park is only a 10-minute walk away. Universitat de Barcelona is a half-hour walk away, or 15-minutes by bus.

Room description

Bedroom 1 is a furnished room with a double bed, desk and storage for your belongings including a chest of drawers. This room only has a small window and does not receive much natural light.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • The bathroom has a shower, and the toilet is separate for added convenience.
  • There is a washing machine and dryer so you can take care of the laundry no matter what the weather is doing.
  • The balcony can be accessed from the kitchen.
  • There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
