There are rooms for rent in this inviting, 110 m² 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a live-in landlady on Carrer Comtal in Barri Gòtic. The living room is a perfect space for relaxing in with a sofa and table and chairs, while the kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, and stove, and is also where you will find the washing machine.

For the days when retail therapy is the only cure, the El Corte Inglés shopping mall is just around the corner. For the food lover in your life, there are also plenty of great restaurants within a 20-minute walk of this apartment. Luckily for students as well, Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Universitat de Barcelona are both within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is close to public transport, so exploring everything Barcelona has to offer is easy.
  • Barcelona Aquarium is only a 20-minute walk away, and is a great space to enjoy a day off.
  • The bathroom is tidy and has a shower over a large bath, a toilet and sink as well as some shelving.
  • This apartment has beautiful hardwood floors throughout.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.

Things to keep in mind

  • Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
  • There is heating in this apartment but no AC.
