There is a room for rent in this 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a 60 m² footprint on Carrer de Sostres in Gràcia. The common areas shared with the live-in landlady includes a well-equipped kitchen with an oven and everything you need to cook, as well as a spacious living room. There is a large, sunny terrace with beautiful hanging hammocks providing the perfect place to relax.
In Gracia, you will be located very close to the large Park Guell, which holds the Dragon Stairway, a Greek theatre, and a Casa Museu Gaudi. The nearest Metro is just 8 minutes away by walking. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, and bakeries in the area.

Bedroom 1 has a single bed. It is fully furnished; there is plenty of storage found in the standing wardrobes, as well as a modern desk, which would be perfect for students or professionals.
What we liked the most
