There is a room for rent in this 2-bedroom apartment on Carrer de la Font d'en Canyelles in Nou Barris. The living room is bright and comfortable and adjacent to the kitchen. Down the corridor, the bathroom is spacious and has a toilet and shower. The apartment has an additional room available that is used for storage which will be shared with the live-in landlady.
This apartment is located in a beautiful part of Barcelona, North of the city. There are a lot of parks in the area that would be the perfect place for a run and within walking distance there is a bank, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is a spacious and bright room with a comfortable double bed. There is storage space available in a chest of drawers. The large window lets in plenty of light and gives views of the street below.
What we liked the most
- There are two Hair salons on your block if you're in need of a new do.
- There is a lot of clothes shops in the area for when you need that retail therapy.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook.
- There is a balcony in this apartment, accessible from the living room, which may be a nice place to relax on a warm day or eat breakfast.
- The apartment building has a doorman, for that extra bit of safety.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator and may be hard to access for some people.
- The landlady has 2 cats living in this apartment so if you're allergic or not a cat-person, this may not be the right fit for you.

The landlady is from Seville and in her 30's, you could eat meals together or spend time together out of the apartment for example going for walks in the park, going shopping together or even going for a drink at the bar across the road.
