This room comes with a double bed, a window overlooking the light well, a wardrobe and a desk. The room also has an individual lock and a ceiling fan.

What we liked the most
- The whole flat has been renovated in a great modern style and is full of state of the art furnishings and equipment.
- The flat opens out onto a pleasant, residential park which is literally on the flats doorstep. This smaller park also adjoins onto the larger Parc de Clot, so it's a great place to enjoy some greenery while still living in the centre of the city.
- There are some great extras included in this flat. The flat has a clothes dryer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a cleaning service and ceiling fans in all rooms.
- One monthly cleaning is included in the price.
Things to keep in mind
- All the rooms are interior; however they look out onto well designed light wells. Room 4 also has its own private covered patio, which lets plenty of light in.
- This flat has two bathrooms, however only one has a shower.
