Lovely rooms available for rent in a four bedroom apartment with one bathroom located on the ground floor. This cool flat is located in bohemian Gracia neighborhood and the total floor area is 130sqm

- This is an exterior flat that receives good natural light.
- There is a lovely shared terrace and bedroom one has its own private balcony.
- It is conveniently located in the ground floor, so you don't need to climb the stairs to get home.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is small but it is very well equipped, including an oven.
- Bedroom 3 is small and has no window, but it is perfectly equipped for a single person.
